Getting Started

Kinexis.AI analyzes video for authenticity signals and behavioral patterns. Here’s how it works:

  • Submit a video. Paste a URL from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, or Reddit, or upload a video file directly.
  • Choose your options. Select whether the analysis should be public or private. Pricing is based on video duration.
  • Complete payment. Pay securely through Stripe. No subscription required.
  • Receive your report. Analysis typically completes within a few minutes. You’ll receive a detailed report covering authenticity screening, behavioral patterns, and communication analysis.

Common Issues

My analysis is stuck on “Processing”

Most analyses complete within 2–5 minutes. Longer videos may take up to 10 minutes. If your analysis has been processing for more than 15 minutes, please contact support.

The video URL isn’t accepted

We support YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Reddit. Make sure the URL points to a specific video (not a channel, playlist, or profile page). Private or age-restricted videos may not be accessible.

My uploaded video failed

Supported formats include MP4, MOV, and WebM. The maximum file size depends on your selected duration tier. If your upload fails, try a smaller file or a different format.

I paid but don’t see my analysis

If you completed payment as a guest, create an account using the same email address you used at checkout. Your analysis will be automatically linked to your account. If it still doesn’t appear, contact support with your payment confirmation.

Public vs. private analyses

Public analyses appear on the Browse page and can be viewed by anyone. Private analyses are only visible to you when logged in. This choice is made at checkout and cannot be changed after the analysis is complete.

I want my analysis removed

If you are the subject of a public analysis and want it removed, submit a removal request.
