Removal Request

Who Can Submit a Removal Request

Any individual who appears in a publicly visible analysis on Kinexis.AI and did not consent to the collection or processing of their biometric data may submit a removal request. You do not need to be a registered Kinexis.AI user to submit a request.

What to Include in Your Request

To process your request, we need the following information:

• Link to the analysis. The URL of the Kinexis.AI analysis page where you appear.
• Identification. A description of which individual you are in the video (e.g., timestamp, position, or other identifying details).
• Proof of identity. Sufficient information to verify that you are the individual depicted (e.g., a government- issued photo ID with non-relevant details redacted).
• Contact information. An email address where we can reach you regarding your request.

How to Submit

Send your removal request to subjects@kinexis.ai with the subject line "Removal Request."

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and complete our review within fifteen (15) business days of receiving all required information.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid removal request, we will:

1. Verify your identity and confirm that you are the individual depicted in the analysis.
2. Review the analysis and determine the appropriate action (full removal, redaction, or restriction of public access).
3. Remove or redact your biometric data and likeness from the analysis results and any associated highlight clips.
4. Notify you by email when the removal has been completed.

If the video was submitted by another user, we may also notify that user that the analysis has been modified or removed due to a subject removal request.
